About Graduate School

Special Features

Campuses and curricula allow scholars to study and conduct research while working

IUHW Graduate School offers six campuses located in Tochigi, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Shizuoka, and Fukuoka to medical/welfare professionals who wish to pursue higher education while working. Most classes are scheduled in the evenings and on Saturdays, making it easier for student to attend classes outside work.

Simultaneous two-way remote classes

A system that enables students to take live classes remotely ties all six campuses together. TV conference systems are implemented into classes, enabling images, sound, PC files, and more to be shared among campuses. These simultaneous two-way classes make active discussion between instructors and students possible.

Meeting researchers’ demands

The Fundamental Medical Research Center, established at Ohtawara Campus, connects the four university hospitals and responds to researchers’ needs in pursuing their studies.

Wide admissions

Students eager to learn are encouraged to apply to the master’s program. If you are over the age of 22 with a junior college/vocational school degree, you are welcome to apply. For more information, please contact our admissions office.
